Just before I retired, I met a man who was retired. He kept busy making breadboards. He crafted them for his family, friends, and everyone he knew.
When he ran out of people to give them to, he stopped—until he realized he missed the process. So, he began making breadboards for himself, even if they were never used. He just enjoyed making breadboards.
When I met him, his garage was filled with stacks of breadboards. I have two in my kitchen.
I’m not great with cutting wood, but I can work with a piano keyboard connected to my computer. This site is my version of his garage, and the music here is my collection of breadboards.
